    • Timothy Bojar joined Genoil in November , as a member of the Board of Directors. He brings with him over years of experience in the financial services industry as a business development professional, who has secured multimillion dollar investments for some of the world s leading investment firms. Currently, Timothy Bojar serves as the Director of Business Development for Valo Group, LLC, a fundamental value, long/short hedge fund that invests across the capital structure of publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Valo Group, Mr. Timothy Bojar was the Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Litespeed Screen Shot at . . PMManagement, a billion hedge fund that invests across the capital structure. Prior to Litespeed, he worked at Macquarie Capital USA Inc., where he served as a senior member of the inhouse marketing team, raising capital for the firms numerous internal alternative investment products. Previously, he was Director of Marketing amp Investor Relations at XI Asset Management, a fund dedicated to technology, media and telecommunication investments. Dr. HaiMing Lai holds Master and PH. D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology BUCT in China. He is a registered member of Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta APEGA . Dr. Lai has over years of experience in R amp D, application, and engineering of process technologies. His expertise includes hydroprocessing technology R amp D, catalytic kinetics, process simulation, process design, project management, as well as sales and technical support in oil sands, upgrading/refining, and oil amp gas industries. Prior to joining Genoil Inc., during to , he had been worked with Suncor Energy Inc., Jacobs Canada Inc., Aspen Technology Inc., and Calsim Technology to manage, design, and deliver over EPC projects at various engineering stages from scoping studies, DBM, FEED, detailed engineering, till construction/commissioning support. His engineering expertise of oil sands and upgrading in process modeling and simulation, process control, operation engineering, and process safety engineering had been utilized by the major oil producers Suncor/PetroCanada, Syncrude, Canadian Natural Resources Ltd, Shell Canada, BP, and Athabasca Oil Corporation.
