Oakridge Global Energy Solutions, Inc. OGES is an integrated energy storage solutions company that uses state of the art technology in the design, development and manufacture of high quality smart energy cells, batteries, and energy storage systems. The company s innovative Made in the USA product line includes multiple lithium ion chemistries, technologies and form factors that are optimized to address four high demand target markets: automotive applications, such as electric and hybrid electric fleet vehicles especially golf cars and local area electric vehicles , stationary living space power for domestic, commercial and grid applications homes, businesses, RVs, boats, and uninterruptible power supplies , remote control and portable devices including medical devices , and also starter motor batteries for motorcycles, jet skis, snow mobiles and boats, as well as cars and trucks. All the company s batteries and power systems also have major application to the military, aerospace, marine, medical and telecom sectors generally. The opening of its million, , square foot state of the art manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida in October marked the completion of the Company s transition begun in July and continued through December, from a primarily Research amp Development company to a full fledged battery manufacturing company.

    • Stephen J. Barber is currently years old. Mr. Barber has over years of experience in the international business sector with dual qualifications in science and law, specializing in international corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions, corporate restructuring, offshore financing structures and the creation of new ventures, as well as government regulatory matters and counterterrorism risk management especially terrorism financing structures in a range of international jurisdictions. Mr. Barber is selfemployed and is currently the principal of Precept Asset Management Limited, the investment manager of Precept Fund Management Segregated Portfolio Corporation, and Prescient Fund Segregated Portfolio, a position he has held since December , , and was previously a director of Precept Investment Management Limited since March , , which was the predecessor to Precept Asset Management Limited. Mr. Barber has resided in Australia, the USA and Canada. His entrepreneurial approach and strength at building longterm strategic alliances, coupled with his dual technical and corporate finance/law background, equips him with the skillsets necessary to bridge the gap between the technical, operational, commercial and government regulatory aspects required to create a dynamically successful, strategically focused business. He holds the degrees of B. App. Sc. University of Southern Queensland , LL.B. amp LL.M. University of Adelaide , and an M.A. Diplomacy from Norwich University VT .
  • Suzanna Barber / VP, Corporate amp Legal Affairs
    • Suzanna is a member of the US National Investor Relations Institute and over the years has worked as Executive Liaison Officer amp Translator to the Technical Director and US Base Manager at Tanagra Air Force Base in Greece, Financial Communications Manager for Jackson s Stockbrokers, and as PR / Communications Manager for the partners of several major Australian law firms. In Suzanna became the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Antaeus Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for all public company investor relations functions with the US and Australian financial, investment banking, and analyst community. Suzanna also worked as Manager, Special Projects amp Communications for the CEO of Bank of America in Australia, assisting with all PR matters and internal global communications. Since Suzanna has served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Precept Fund Management, where she has been responsible for all public and investor relations functions between the firm and its investor base, including arranging investor conferences and functions, preparation of all client newsletters, and investor updates, in addition to supporting the investor relations, public relations and government relations functions of the various investee companies in which the firm holds major investments, including Oakridge, of which she is now VP, Corporate Communications amp Strategic Marketing.

    • Mr. Thomas J. Beener served in various capacities with public companies, including Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, Secretary and member of Board of Directors. In addition Mr. Beener has an extensive background in securities law with experience in public company counsel work, corporate, public offerings and private placements, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and broker dealer compliance and operations. Mr. Beener founded and for nine years managed a NASD Broker Dealer firm and served as inhouse counsel and corporate secretary to NASDAQ listed companies. Mr. Beener has a juris doctorate degree from the University of Gonzaga Law School.

  • Vic Psaltis / NonExecutive Director
    • Vic has over years experience in financial markets and in addition, he has over years consulting experience in financial and energy markets market, credit and operational risk management, including wholesale financial and energy markets information technology systems design, development and implementation. He has worked for leading investment banks such as Barclays Australia, Bank of New Zealand and Societe Generale Australia on derivative, foreign exchange and money market desks, both from an interbank and corporate marketing perspective. He has a thorough knowledge of all risk management matters. For the last years he has consulted to companies in market, credit and operational risk management reviews and audits including systems development, integration and implementation for leading energy utilities in Australasia such as ACTEW, AGL, Energy Australia, Integral Energy, Advanced Energy, North Power and Aurora Energy. In addition, he has consulted to financial institutions such as Westpac Banking Corporation and NRMA. For the past years Vic has been a principal of Venture Exchange, a risk management consulting company. Vic holds a B.A. Macquarie University .
  • Theo Lianos / NonExecutive Director
    • Theo is one of Australia s leading corporate restructurers, and is a strategic and hands on problem solver with over years experience in corporate finance, operational reviews, corporate restructuring, profit improvement programs, and computer systems implementations. He has been a principal of Venture Exchange for years and was formerly a Liquidator, a Trustee in Bankruptcy and a partner with BDO Chartered Accountants in its Insolvency Division. Theo holds a Bachelor of Business NSW Institute of Technology and an MBA University of Technology, Sydney , and is a Chartered Accountant.

    • John Dinkel earned BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and is an automotive industry expert with over years experience. His areas of expertise include engineering, journalism, testing and analysis, product development, product planning, advertising, marketing, website development and content, internet automotive retailing and public relations. Most recently he has been a consultant to privatelyheld companies specializing in the commercialization of alternative automotive powertrain vehicles/technologies, the importation of Chinese vehicles into North America, an automotive crowdfunding site called FundingGarage and an automotive retail website. Dinkel works with WINS, a startup that has developed some disruptive wiring technology and with Motivo Engineering, a research amp development company that develops new and innovative technologies for automotive OEM s, US Defense companies and startups. Motivo specializes in developing new products for complex engineering problems. Dinkel is also a founder of an internet startup, OnlineKars.com, which is developing an innovative auction platform for selling cars new and used cars.
