STW Resources Holding Corp OTCQB: STWS is a leading provider of oilfield services and water reclamation/processing management services. STW utilizes proven technologies from various well known manufacturers, its own designed water processing systems, as well as technologies that it holds exclusive licenses to, which are available as fixed or mobile units with varying capabilities. Current project locations include the South Texas Eagle Ford Shale, the West Texas Delaware and Permian Basin, Eastern New Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, California, and the Hawaiian Islands. Water Process and Technologies: STW provides customized and cost effective water reclamation services for oil amp gas producers, municipalities, and environmental remediation projects. Although there are numerous water processing technologies available, many are cost prohibitive. STW can determine economically feasible solutions and configure systems that may contain components from several of its manufacturing partners. This allows STW to provide more comprehensive, economical, and sophisticated treatment systems, tailored to the unique needs of each specific customer. Pipeline Maintenance amp Construction: Using state of the art technology, STW constructs and repairs poly and steel pipeline for oil, gas and water service. The company operates crews in various basins in Texas and New Mexico. The West Texas Permian Basin is a particular focus for STW s repair service.

    • Alan R. Murphy is CEO amp Chairman of Board at STW Resources Holding Corp, a native West Texan attended Southwest Bible Institute. Mr. Murphy, a water industry expert, brings years of extensive industry experience with various municipal, industrial and commercial water amp wastewater treatment facilities in consulting, design, engineering, procurement, operations, management and complete project oversight amp construction throughout State of Texas. He has vast knowledge on most up to date innovative technologies which include membrane filtration systems, thermal technologies, freshwater recovery amp reuse, brine discharge treatment systems and others. Mr. Murphy has been involved in the handson design, build and/or maintenance of over water reclamation and municipal facilities in Texas and over systems worldwide. He has been intimately involved with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality TCEQ in codeveloping pilot policies and procedures. Mr. Murphy is a TCEQ Certified Level Water Treatment Specialist. Mr. Murphy also has established relationships with top tier engineering firms. Mr. Murphy s unique talent of outofbox thinking complements his ambitions, intelligence, and accomplishments. Mr. Murphy is well versed and involved in several projects currently designed for environmentally conscious technologies to process, treat, reclaim, recover and reuse water. Mr. Murphy has made significant contributions in codeveloping cost effective and robust water treatment systems to produce freshwater from highly impaired saline water sources amp recycling wastewater including produced waters, effluents from wastewater water treatment plants amp industrial wastewater.
  • Robert Miranda / CFO
    • Miranda CFO Services has over thirtyfive years of professional experience, encompassing accounting, auditing, business turnaround, finance operations, and management consulting. He is knowledgeable with a wide variety of industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, government, real estate, aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer products, distribution, engineering and construction, financial services, healthcare, and technology in both the private and public sectors for domestic and international organizations. Since August , Mr. Miranda has been the managing director of Miranda amp Associates, a professional accountancy corporation that has offices in San Diego and Newport Beach, California Miranda Associates . From March through October , Mr. Miranda was a Global Operations Director at Jefferson Wells, where he specialized in providing SarbanesOxley compliance reviews for public companies. Mr. Miranda was a national director at Deloitte amp Touche where he participated in numerous audits, corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Miranda is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has over years of experience in accounting, including experience in Sarbanes Oxley compliance, auditing, business consulting, strategic planning and advisory services, making him a well qualified candidate to serve as the Company s CFO.
  • Paul DiFrancesco / Director, Fin., Director, Inv. Rel.
    • Mr. DiFrancesco has twentyfive years of diversified experience in investment banking, securities trading, and investment management. During his career, he has completed debt and equity financing transactions, led mergers and acquisitions, and managed research, sales, and trading departments. Prior to Ascendiant, Mr. DiFrancesco was a CoFounder to and President of Decision Capital Management, LLCan asset management firm which offered a versatile range of alternative investment strategies. He was also Senior Managing Director of Preferred Capital Markets, and Managing Director and Investment Committee member of ApodacaJohnston Investment Group.

    • Mr. Birnbaum s career spans years in power generation and industrial business. His experience ranges from Senior Management positions at Westinghouse Electric Corporation to high tech startup operations, power plant control, and electronic manufacturing services in both domestic and international markets. He currently serves on the Board of ZBB Energy Corp., a public company engaged in the design and manufacture of energy storage solutions to the renewable energy and electric utility markets.
  • Bill Gene Carter / Director
    • Mr. Carter is a former Member of the Texas House of Representatives and is Chairman of the Texas Public Safety Committee. In addition to receiving the American Legislative Exchange Council Legislator of the Year Award, Carter has received numerous state and national awards, including Outstanding Legislator Award from the Texas Chiropractic Association, the Legislative Excellence Award from the Texas Head Injury Association, the Greater Dallas Crime Commission Crime Fighter of the Year, the Outstanding Legislator in Texas from the Texas Association of Regional Councils, and the Presidential Achievement Award from President Ronald Reagan.

  • Stanley Weiner / Director
    • Stanley Weiner founded STW Resources based upon his steadfast conviction that the act of reclaiming and reusing oil amp gas frack and produced waters should be both an economic and environmental necessity. He could also see the potential shortage of fresh water, thus prompting his involvement with innovative technologies that address this vital issue. One of those, being in the area of desalination, is designed to process industrial, brackish, and ocean water for industrial and municipal use. A year veteran of the oil amp gas industry, he has explored, drilled and operated oil amp gas properties in the United States and in South America. Over the years, he has been involved in the purchase and sale of interests in domestic exploration and production projects. In the early s, Mr. Weiner s father and his siblings formed a family owned oil amp gas company named Texas Crude. His father, two uncles, and grandfather were inducted into the Petroleum Museum Hall of Fame in Midland, Texas in recognition of their significant contribution to the development of the oil industry. With the combination of his extensive experience and history, Mr. Weiner has formed lucrative relationships within the oil amp gas arena. His long and distinguished entrepreneurial career in the field has initiated his determination for addressing waterprocessing initiatives.
