Wisconsin Electric Power Company Wisconsin Electric , a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc. WEC Energy Group , was incorporated in the state of Wisconsin in . We maintain our principal executive offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have combined our common functions with those of Wisconsin Gas LLC Wisconsin Gas , a wholly owned natural gas utility subsidiary of WEC Energy Group. We and Wisconsin Gas operate jointly under the trade name of We Energies. Wisconsin Electric conducts its operations primarily in two reportable segments: a Utility Segment consisting of electric utility operations, natural gas utility operations, and steam utility operations, and Other consisting of a non utility subsidiary, Bostco, that develops and invests in real estate. As of December , , we serve approximately , , electric customers in Wisconsin, approximately , gas customers in Wisconsin, and approximately steam customers in metropolitan Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
